| Dynabeads® Human Treg Expander is intended for activation and expansion of human regulatory T-cells (Treg cells) after isolation with the Dynabeads® Regulatory CD4+CD25+ T Cell Kit (Cat. No. 11363D).Dynabeads® Human Treg Expander offers a simple method for activation and expansion of Treg cells that does not require antigen presenting cells or antigen. Dynabeads® Human Treg Expander are uniform 4.5 µm, superparamagnetic beads coupled with an optimized mixture of anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 monoclonal antibodies.
