Ribonuclease A (RNase A) is an endoribonuclease that cleaves single-stranded RNA at the 3′ end of pyrimidine residues, forming oligoribonucleotides having 3′-terminal pyrimidine3′-phosphates. Pyrimidine-3′-monophosphates are also released by RNase A cleavage of adjacent pyrimidine nucleotides.RNase A是内切核糖核酸酶，其在嘧啶残基的3’末端切割ssRNA,形成具有3’末端嘧啶-3’-磷酸的寡核糖核苷酸。嘧啶-3’-单磷酸也通过RNase A裂解相邻的嘧啶核苷酸而释放出来。含有嘧啶-2’-氟-dNTP的修饰RNA，例如使用DuraScribe®T7转录试剂盒通过体外转录制备的修饰RNA，完全耐受RNase A的切割。
