Stellaris FISH Probes, Human ESR1_intron with Quasar 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect ESR1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against estrogen receptor 1 ESR1 a.k.a. ER; ESR; Era; ESRA; ESTRR; NR3A1 (NCBI gene ID:2099) and nucleotides 259014-266013, 298066-298479 of NG_008493.1. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect all known ESR1 pre-mRNAs. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.
