| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human AR with CAL Fluor Red 610 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect AR transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against androgen receptor AR a.k.a. KD; AIS; TFM; DHTR; SBMA; HYSP1; NR3C4; SMAX1; HUMARA (NCBI gene ID:367) and nucleotides 3001-5230, 8711-9248 of NM_000176.2. This is an inclusive and exclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_000044, NM_001011645, XR_244495, ENST00000374690, and ENST00000396043, XR_244496, ENST00000396044, but not: XR_244497, XM_005262263, XM_005262264, ENST00000513847, ENST00000504326, ENST00000514029. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
