| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human IL1R1 with FAM consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect IL1R1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against interleukin 1 receptor, type I IL1R1 a.k.a. P80; IL1R; IL1RA; CD121A; D2S1473; IL-1R-alpha (NCBI gene ID:3554) and nucleotides 144-378, 569-1217, 1311-1792 of NM_000877.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect the following variants:
