| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human MCL1 with CAL Fluor Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect MCL1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against myeloid cell leukemia 1 MCL1 a.k.a. TM; EAT; MCL1L; MCL1S; Mcl-1; BCL2L3; MCL1-ES; bcl2-L-3; mcl1/EAT (NCBI gene ID:4170) and nucleotides 1-232, 785-910, 1145-1424 of NM_021960.4. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_182763, and NM_001197320. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
