| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human ECT2 with Quasar 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect ECT2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against epithelial cell transforming 2 ECT2 a.k.a. ARHGEF31 (NCBI gene ID:1894) and nucleotides 614-678, 684-2757 of NM_018098.5. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants:
NM_001258315, NM_001258316, XM_005247176, XM_005247180, XM_006713523, XM_006713524. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
