| Synthesis conditions:Prior to dilution ensure that all product is at the bottom of the vial. Dilute to the recommended concentration and mix thoroughly in the sealed vial to ensure that all contents are dissolved. Product should only be used for DNA synthesis with standard reagents ( i.e. Ethylthio Tetrazole, 0.02M Iodoine/THF).Dilution:100 µmol/mLCoupling:10-minute couplingDeprotection conditions:When using fast deprotecting amidites (eg. C-Ac, G-DMF, G-PAC) use t-butylamine/Water (1:3) for 6 hours at 60 °C. When using standard amidites (eg. C-Bz, G-iBu) use t-butylamine/Water (1:3) overnight (12-15 hours) at 60 °C.
