This antibody is not recommended for Daudi cells in FACS applications. This antibody detects human and mouse IgA in Western blot.The PA5-16388 immunogen is igA isolated from a pool of normal human sera.靶标信息IgM is expressed intracellularly, during early stages of B lymphopoiesis, and then on the surface of more mature B cells in the bone marrow and peripheral B cells.

Human IgA (Heavy chain) Secondary Antibody (PA5-16388) in IHCFormalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tonsil stained with IgA antibody using peroxidase-conjugate and AEC chromogen. Note cytoplasmic staining of IgAecreting cells. Human IgA (Heavy chain) Secondary Antibody (PA5-16388) in FlowFlow cytometry analysis of Human IgA (alpha-Heavy Chain) in Ramos cells (green) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were harvested, adjusted to a concentration of 1-5x10^6 cells/mL, fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde and washed with PBS. Cells were blocked with a 2% solution of BSA-PBS for 30 min at room temperature and incubated with a Rabbit anti-Human IgA (alpha-Heavy Chain) Secondary antibody (Product # PA5-16388) at a dilution of 1:10 for 60 min at room temperature. Cells were then incubated for 40 min at room temperature in the dark using a Dylight 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody and re-suspended in PBS for FACS analysis.
