| Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (PA1-28748) in WBWestern blot analysis of rat liver and fish ventricle lysates using Heat Shock Protein 70/HSC Protein 7 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA1-10891). Whole tissue extracts from rat liver (20µg) and Chaenocephalus aceratus and Notothenia coriiceps ventricles (200µg) were separated on 10% SDS-PAGE gels and transferred to nitrocellulose membranes. Following transfer, membranes were blocked with 5% milk in PBST and probed with Heat Shock Protein 70/HSC Protein 7 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA1-10891) at 1:2000 dilution followed by donkey anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (Product # PA1-28748) at 1:5000 dilution and a chemiluminescent substrate.
