产品详细信息Description: The CRM17 antibody reacts with human interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA). IL-1RA is produced by macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, synovial and dermal fibroblasts. The 17 kDa soluble form of IL-1RA (sIL-1RA) is produced by hepatocytes. IL-1RA inhibits the release of both forms of IL-1, the secretion of IL-2, and the expression of IL-2 receptors on the cell surface. IL-1RA also blocks the stimulation of prostaglandin E2 synthesis in synovial cells and the proliferation of thymocytes.Applications Reported: The CRM17 antibody has been reported for use in intracellular staining with flow cytometric analysis.Applications Tested: The fluorochrome-conjugated CRM17 antibody has been tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of LPS-activated, fixed/permeabilized human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It is offered in 2 formats: - µg size: This can be used at at less than or equal to 0.5 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. - test size: has been pre-titrated and tested. This can be used at test size: 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test.Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.靶标信息The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin 1 receptor family. This protein is a receptor for interleukin alpha (IL1A), interleukin beta (IL1B), and interleukin 1 receptor, type I(IL1R1/IL1RA). It is an important mediator involved in many cytokine induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene along with interleukin 1 receptor, type II (IL1R2), interleukin 1 receptor-like 2 (IL1RL2), and interleukin 1 receptor-like 1 (IL1RL1) form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q12.

| Normal human peripheral blood cells were stimulated with LPS in the presence of Brefeldin A (Product # 00-4506-51) for 24 hours.
