| Novex Tris-Glycine Native Running Buffer (10X) is designed for protein gel electrophoresis under native running conditions with Tris-Glycine gels or Tris-Acetate gels.Separate native or denatured proteins Novex Tris-Glycine gels do not contain SDS and can be used to accurately separate both native and denatured proteins, depending upon the sample and running buffers used. To separate denatured proteins on Novex Tris-Glycine gels, use Novex Tris-Glycine SDS Sample Buffer and Novex Tris-Glycine SDS Running Buffer.
