SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Chimeric Antibody (MA5-35941) in WBWestern Blot analysis of SARS Coronavirus Nucleocapsid was performed by loading His tag-tagged SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid recombinant protein from E. Coli. The membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Chimeric Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-35941). A Peroxidase Goat anti-Human IgG, Fcy Fragment Specific secondary antibody at a 1:20,000 dilution was used to detect the primary antibody. Predicted band size: 48 kDa. Observed band size: 55 kDa.
