产品详细信息This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Dog, Rat.Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.靶标信息This gene encodes a member of a subfamily of RING-finger type E3 ubiquitin ligases. The protein binds to specific DNA sequences, and recruits a histone deacetylase to regulate gene expression. Its expression peaks at late G1 phase and continues during G2 and M phases of the cell cycle. It plays a major role in the G1/S transition by regulating topoisomerase IIalpha and retinoblastoma gene expression, and functions in the p53-dependent DNA damage checkpoint. Multiple transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms have been found for this gene.

UHRF1 Antibody (702830) in WBKnockdown of UHRF1 was achieved by transfecting MCF-7 cells with UHRF1 specific siRNA (Silencer® select Product # s26553 and Product # s26554). Western blot analysis (Fig a) was performed using whole cell extracts from UHRF1 knockdown cells (Lane 3), non-specific scrambled siRNA transfected cells (Lane 2) and untransfected cells (Lane 1). The blots were probed with Anti-UHRF1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 702830, 1:200 dilution) and Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). Densitometric analysis of this Western blot is shown in histogram (Fig b). Loss of signal upon siRNA mediated knock down confirms that antibody is specific to UHRF1.
