Detect low concentrations of biotinlyated target molecules using High Sensitivity Coated PlatesBiotinylated rabbit IgG was incubated for 30 minutes in streptavidin-coated high sensitivity plates (HS) or streptavidin-coated standard binding capacity (SBC) microplates. Plates were washed three times with Tris-buffered saline and incubated with goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (100ng/mL) for 30 minutes. Plates were washed and incubated with Thermo Scientific QuantaBlu Fluorogenic Peroxidase Substrate (Part No. 15169). The fluorescent signal was measured at 430nm.
