| Synthesis conditions:Follow the instrument manufacturer's protocol when using this product.Cleavage conditions:Use concentrated ammonia for 90 minutes at 25 °C.Deprotection conditions:If using fast deprotecting amidites (eg. C-Ac, G-DMF, G-PAC)) deprotect in concentrated NH4OH for 1 hour at 60 °C. For standard amidites (eg. C-Bz, G-iBu) deprotect in concentrated NH4OH for 5 hours at 60 °C. If using base sensitive fluorophores (ie. TAMRA or Rhodamine based dyes) we recommend deprotecting oligonucleotide in t-butylamine/H2O (1:3) for 12 hours at 60 °CThe mass this product adds after conjugation and work-up (the additional mass seen by mass spectrometry) is:757.77 |
