靶标信息Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.

Mouse IgG (H+L) Highly Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody (A-21049) in IF Muntjac cells were treated with 10 µM EdU (Product # A10044) for 45 min; cells were then fixed and permeabilized, and EdU that had been incorporated into newly synthesized DNA was detected using the far red-fluorescent Click-iT™ EdU Alexa Fluor® 647 High-Throughput (HCS) Assay (Product # A10208), utilizing the technical tip for converting the HCS assay to conventional fluorescence microscopy. Tubulin was labeled with an anti-α-tubulin antibody (Product # A11126) and visualized with Alexa Fluor® 350 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (Product # A-11045, A21049). The Golgi complex was stained with green-fluorescent Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate of lectin HPA from Helix pomatia (edible snail) (Product # L11271), and peroxisomes were labeled with an anti-peroxisome antibody and visualized with orange-fluorescent Alexa Fluor® 555 Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (Product # A-31572).
