Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for CD28 (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2011).Rabbit anti Human T-cell-specific surface glycoprotein CD28 antibody detects a band of 52 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
